Subject: HELP!

Dear Skillful-means,

We are on the verge of beginning, but we do not know where to turn from here. We have designed our own house, it will be an L-shaped house, with a detached garage which will make three sides of a courtyard. However, the county that we live in is requiring that all of our plans have an engineers stamp on them, and I do not know who to go to for that. We live in rural Central Oregon, and we are being met with some difficulty.

Can you please suggest an architect or engineer who can work with us to get our house plans in order. We hope to begin building this spring/summer.

Thanks so much for your help. I really appreciate it.

Michelle Loftis
