Re: SB: lime kiln report

Hello Everyone:

Algonquin College in Perth, Ontario runs a 2 year Heritage Masonry
program.
The first year class recently built a 3ft diameter beehive lime kiln as
a class project.

Norbert, the Shire Pubs. folks put out a little booklet on lime kilns
in the UK, tons of info and photos of how they were built and used.(
they also have cool booklets on dovecotes, and cob houses, lime
pargeting, etc)

might be useful for your friends.
