SB: lateral bracing

Thanks all for your feedback.  You have given some good suggestions, though 
I am not sure what I will do yet.  I have gone over the plans again and 
can't see anything related to the bales on the structural drawings.  I am 
trying to clarify if the engineer will sign off on just the post and beam.

Will keep you posted.
