SB: OZ announcements

Hello everyone,
just a few quick announcements for what's happening in OZ next month.

1) Interbuild exhibition 2001 at Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre from
3-6 June, some interesting stalls such as "Ortech" with strawpanel products
and "The Woodage" with certified timbers will be there. For more info call

2) "Better Homes and Gardens" presents our strawbale project  in Galston,
NSW, on the 12th and 19th of June on channel 7 at 7.30 pm, please watch out
for a glimpse of us. You may also find an introduction to the project in

3) The SRD (Society for Responsible Design) presents strawbale construction
and FSC timber at "The Woodage" in Mittagong on Sunday the 17th of June at
11 am. The Woodage is showing its new warehouse built of strawbales and is
introducing and promoting the use of sustainably logged timber through its
participation in the international Forest Stewardship Council's
certification scheme. Venue: The Woodage, 235 Old Hume Highway, Mittagong,

I am actually currently working at The Woodage. We are soon to complete the
lime rendering for this 1040 sqm hall, the largest strawbale wall is 52
metres long and about 4.5 metres high, pretty impressive. The hall is to be
used as showroom, storage, offices and joinery for The Woodage which
specialises in selling and using certified timbers. I will be there on the
17th of June to present the strawbale part for that day. Hope to see you
