Subject: rodents

Dear John,
My name is Jamie D'Emden. I am from Bunbury in the S.W. of Western Australia.
I have been very interseted in straw bale building for several years and am about to price a staw bale house.
My question relates to the issue of mice and rats. What impact would an infestation have? What are the chances of infestation or occupation of rodents in the staw bale walls, and finally what measures and technology should I allow for in my price to combat rodent occupation?
If you have any other info re. this matter my details are: Jamie D'Emden    0897925667 Phone.
