SB: NM guideleines and fire ants

After consulting an expert source (my lovely wife) the
simplest solution seems to be to safeguard your 
foundation walls with a termite guard (flashing between
foundation footer and bales) and upon discovery of any
fire ant attack a generous application of Listerine (yes
Listerine - the mouthwash) to the point(s) of entry.

Please don't ask me how she discovered this method.
I don't want to know.
