Hmmmm.  Not small claims, but I fought with those people kind of people for a very
long time over milkweed in my yard!  (My neighbors hated it!)  And won.
Just a word of caution here on small claims, not all states will allow pain and
suffering to be included..... where I live, Iowa, only the documented costs can be
included in any small claims action.
But other than that, CONGRATULATIONS!!  Another bureaucrat hits the dust!
