Greetings,
we are pleased to announce that we have the honour
to run several hands-on strawbale building and clay/lime rendering weekend
workshops for the new Meditation Hall at the Vipassana Centre in
Blackheath, Blue Mountains NSW. The first workshop will be held on the 18th and
19th of August 2001, starting at 08.30 AM. These are hands-on workshops only,
they are free of charge, no $$$ involved. Food, drinks and accomodation are
supplied. You have to be an old Vipassana student to attend the workshop, your
effort to provide volunteer labour for the new meditation hall shall be part of
walking the path of Dhamma.
We will post dates for subsequent workshops to
the list as soon as possible. Please call the Vipassana Centre on 02
47878431 to register and register as soon as possible as number of participants
is limited.
Please bring long sleeved work clothes, work
gloves, pliers and goggles if possible.
