Hi folks,

   I´m toying with the idea of having an earthen floor in parts of the house
(over a concrete floor) instead of tiles.  Have followed this thread and
wonder if it is really that simple.  One simply uses water and waterglass to
mix the high-clay content soil into a workable mixture then trowel it out
and let it dry?  Is that all there is to it?  To what thickness?  Any
post-drying treatment?

   Buying books from the States is out of the question here;  any good web
sites to receive instruction?
