SB: re: topping off walls

Hi!

My suggestion would be to fill the gap with a
stray/clay mixture. Spread some slip on top of the
bales to help with adhesion. Make up a good thick mix
of mud and stray and stuff stuff stuff! You want the
bales covered for fire and vermin protection and I'm
betting you have GOBS of straw raked up into piles all
over the place that you need to use up.

We stufed our gap with straw and it was a pain! We
finally got smart and mixed in some mud and it worked
much better.

Have fun makin' mud pies!
