Hey Mark;

I don't fully understand your specifications on what the floor sealer
shouldn't be or do, but AFM in San Diego, as mentioned by Bill Steen, has
been making such products for the chemically-sensitive for many years.  My
most finicky jobs/clients have been satisfied with them.

I laugh when I think of the variations in acceptiblity - The other extreme
is some Mexicans I know, who periodically spray their palapa ceilings with
diesel to keep the wood borers under control.   Talk about off-gassing!!   I
can't even walk in the place afterwards, not to mention cook or sleep...
They also use old motor oil as a wood treatment inside the house for the
same purpose.
