The fact that your mail from mcmike@bellsouth.net made it to the list 
says that that is your address. If you turn on the headers in your 
mail program you'd see these:
List-Post: <mailto:strawbale@crest.org>
List-Help: <mailto:strawbale-help@crest.org>
List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:strawbale-unsubscribe@crest.org>
List-Subscribe: <mailto:strawbale-subscribe@crest.org>

To unsubscribe, send an email to the List-Unsubscribe address .. 
which is also repeated in the footer of every message you get.

The server is automated and humans only go in there in dire need.
