Probably my last post before we head off for Sydney, Brisbane and
Gladstone
for Christmas and NYE.  Thanks for all the laughs over the year and I
hope to
be able to reciprocate over next year.

I will be delighted to send some pics of our work and I will start
putting
something together.  As you are well aware I am trying to pursade young
and
old for that matter, to build mortgage free and happy.  We, that is my
Little
Wolverine and I, are walking the talk as you who live in the Northern
hemisphere like to say.  So far we have 5 small buildings up all load
bearing
all crooked most have earth and lime render, one to go.  We will
eventually
join them all up to form a lovely house.

One has rubber tyres and one has rubble trench for footings.  The other
three
are on stumps, timber that is.  So far we have spent $20,000 Aus which is
$10,000 US and that includes the two blocks of land in Golden Ganmain! 
So I
would love to be able to put a story together with photos as long as the
funds go to Casas que Cantan.

BTW I am working on trying to get to South Africa to help Amelia build a
strawphanage for her 150 orphans see:

It is in German but that will not be a problem for you.   I have also
approached BWB for some ideas.  So much to do in 2002.

The Hall of Conciliation in Ganmain and the 2002 International SB
Corroboree
is going ahead and I will be putting most of my energies into this next
year.  I would appreciate any help you can give regarding the conduct of
a
five day conference and building the Hall.  Mostly I need to see how we
can
do it all and still have a talk fest about low cost sustainable building.

Anyway old mate have a great holiday break with peaceful times.  Thanks
