SB: Re: Building times

Teri,

I strongly support the advice of John ask an experienced SB builder How long
it will take how much it will cost and if he is willing what resources he
would require.

Building like any other project is like a three sided triangle with
constraints on three sides. If for instance money (part of resources) is
less then expected then the other two aspects to the project scope (this is
the size/complexity of the house) and time have to change. This is an age
old struggle for all people trying to manage projects.

So if you want a manageable SB building project keep size and complexity
down and automatically you will have a much more manageable SB building
project.

Greetings and happy building,
Rene

Currently struggling with an IT project running wildly out of scope thus
time and money.
