Willy
....and homemade chocolate cookies, or sticky buns or cold drinks on a hot 
day don't hurt any either!  We found most of our subs through referrals from 
other subs or from some research on my own. We found a wonderful person to 
be our "guardian angel"/ framer/supervisor on the job and he was able to 
refer us to good subs with which he had worked often also.
