SB: Re: Please don't post strings of email addresses

I would like to request that people don't post long strings of email 
addresses to this or any other list.  Lists are archived, and 
archives are searched by internet robot software, which uses the 
addresses for spam.  So, posting a list of email addresses, like has 
happened recently, is a disservice to the people listed.  It also 
takes up a lot of space in the digest.

If you want to send the same message to the list and to a bunch of 
individuals, please use the "blind carbon copy" (Bcc:) feature of 
your email program.  Programs differ, but most have some kind of Bcc: 
feature, which will deliver the message to all the addresses that you 
type in, but it won't display the addresses on the list or to other 
recipients.
