I would like to recommend an article on the long term outlook for the earth 
and environment - as exponded on by Mr. Edward O. wilson, in his new book The 
Future of Life, to be published in April 2002.( Random House).

In the Scientific American, February 2002 issue is an excerpt of his book on 
sustainability of life on the planet. Many of you are equally interested and 
concerned, and express your concerns by utilizing natural waste materials in 
building with clay and straw, and the promotion of the preservation of 
natural resources.

Your dedication to sustainability of life, and interest in Mr Wilson's views 
will be rewarded by reviewing this excerpted article...and perhaps his new 
book, I am sure.
