Where are you located?? Have you considered a realtor with a good
background in alternative architecture?? If you are closer to San
Antonio, I would definitely suggest talking to Ginger Lark, co founder of
the San Antonio Building Coalition and partner in Lark Realtors, mother
of Stephen Lark who did the first Fannie Mae SB mortgage! There are
professionals around who know a lot about this medium.
