Thank you everybody who replied. I'm
thrilled, and have a LOT of reading to do. Can't wait. I'll check
out those books, webpages, and other resources.
Thanks a bunch to the Strawboss, I really enjoyed
reading those emails. I think they will be immensely helpful, and the
