Although I've not seen it myself, the kitchen countertops in the 
Toronto Healthy House (formerly called the "Codicile" during 
the design phase) are made with recycled glass, I *believe* used
as a substitute for the more typical stone/sand aggregate in
a Portland cement mix. The woman who told me about the counters
said that they were very sexy and she wanted one.
