Angel-
Welcome! There are a number of strawbale buildings throughout Vermont; I
work in one at the Ten Stones Community in Charlotte (south of Burlington),
where there are I believe 5 in the community. I live in Montgomery, in the
mountains along the Canadian boarder; if you want more info about northeast
sb locations, climate quirks, or other concerns, feel free to contact me
directly (replying to this message sends to the whole list; my email is at
the bottom of the page).
Charmaine-
You run a terrific website and are a valuable resource to the community.
Thank you. I tried the link you provided to Earth sweet Home; I'd heard
about them for years, but never had contact info. That link and a
subsequent search led me nowhere. Do you (or anyone else) know how to get
in touch with these folks? Are they still doing nfp work? Thanks for any
help.
(rain+subzero temp=ice )+snow=terrible driving. Happy January. I hope
everyone is safe, and hopefully drier than us out there...
