SB: Canadian Solar Power

Does anyone know of any rebate systems for Photovoltaic systems in Canada?
Or of someone around Quebec who has experience with solar power?

California has a rebate system that make a lot more
affordable.
The rebate program, or "Buydown" will refund 50% or $4.50 per watt ($4,500
per kilowatt). whichever is less. We also have a 15% State Tax Credit and
10% Federal Tax Credit. The systems must be connected to the grid, which
allows us to use the grid as a battery. Net-Metering agreements provide that
the utility will purchase your excess power at the same rate that they sell
it.
It is still not cheap, but a lot better than it used to be before the
rebates went in.

Bob
