Heck, even I, (a distant MooseHugger)  know that  we have 
two illustrious  LA-burb BaleHeads right 
here on this List.  (All of SoCal is a suburb of LA isn't it ?)

We have bbbbBob Bolles <bob@strawbalehouse.com> 
who I think hangs his hat (a collander I believe) in San Diego
                                   and
Chris "BucketHaid" Prelitz <NativeSol@aol.com> 
who used to hang his bucket in LaGoona (or Laguna ?).

So how come a TEXan didn't know that ? Huh ?
As penance, I suggest that Wild Bill-bob be required to wear
prickly pear cactii shorts for a week.
