SB: New, cheaper solar cells?

	The Sacramento Bee
(http://www.sacbee.com/content/news/story/1987845p-2201460c.html) is
reporting that researchers at Berkeley are working on custom-tailored
molecules and spray-on plastics to create more flexible, more efficient and
much less expensive soalr cells. The cost could be as little as 1/10th the
cost of a panel today, and 1/3 the cost of the next-generation panels be
tested now. Alas, it could be a decade before we see this enter the broader
market. Still, an interesting read.
