I think I would love to use something other than the 
cement stucco mix on our strawbale walls,and especially if 
we can forego the netting, but I have one major concern. 
 Do those natural renderings have to be hand applied?  Can 
stucco companies use their machinery for the more 
"earthernware"? I was wondering if the straw mix would 
clog up the works. We are unable to apply the stucco 
ourselves..thanks to all for your opinions. Suz
