Could  I have necessary informations for establish a rice straw board 
factory in Srilanka[small scale].
Straw bale construction and producing a straw board, what is the best way 
for start a export business.
Advantage is this is the dry zone area of the world , and there for I could 
pre pair the best straws for our requirements.
