McAfee reported the presence of the W32/Klezh@MM virus upon opening
(displaying) the email.

You can select it for deletion without displaying the message:

View menu. Select Layout. Uncheck "Show preview pane" at the bottom. Use
Shift-Delete to to dele the infected message.
