SB: Drawings and building permit.

Folks,

We got our stampped drawings from Kris Dick at the University of
Manitoba on Monday.  I delivered them to Terry Peacock, the CBO in the
Townships of Edwardsburg/Cartinal, this morning and he issued our
building permit on the spot.

Anita, Melissa, and I are now building a fully permitted two storey load
bearing strawbale building.

Terry Peackock has consulted for other building officials on straw bale
construction projects, so if you're in Canada and running in to
problems, drop us a line and we'll hook you up with Terry.  He's a great
guy who is very comfortable with strawbale and may be able to ease the
process along for you.
