SB: Thoroseal

I have some cracks in my cement stucco on the south wall, which is where our
storms come from.  I want to patch them before applying a color coat, which will
probably be some sort of lime wash.  My plasterer is recommending a product
called Thoroseal.  Anybody have any thoughts on this?
