Rub Tum's memory is a leeeeeetle warped since that moose banged his head.
The penalty for squirting mama's soap into your stucco is more severe here
in Poppyland than even RubTum could imagine:  the building official will
revoke your hot tub privileges and you'll be forced to sprinkle dry stucco
mix on your granola each morning for the rest of your life!
