There's a power plant in Williams, CA that burns rice hulls.  I don't know what
they do with the ash.  Hulls are also shipped to the large chicken farms in the
San Joaquin Valley as bedding material, and then comes back to us as part of the
chicken manure that we spread on our organic rice fields.
