SB: SB one sided plastering suggestions ??

Hello all.
I'm building a workshop with ordinary stick walls, studs 2' on centre and
plan to bale (on edge) around the outside. My plan is to wrap the stick
wall structure in TyPar to let moisture out of the bales toward the inside.
Then stack my bales around the outside of the structure up against the
TyPar. Then plaster the outside bale surface only, after pinning wire
fencing to the outside.

I would probably gypsum board/dry-wall the inside after (I'd prefer not to
since it is only a shop).

Is plastering only one side going to be a bad thing? Will the wall sag on
the outside? The wire fencing will be attached securely at the wall top to
the stick wall double top plate.

Suggestions? Comments?

Dave.
