SB: List should be HTML free

Well, I just sent a test message to the list with intentionally including
HTML.  It got posted with all the HTML stripped out.

One down, two to go.  Next, I will be working on getting attachments
filtered out.

Again, I cannot do this myself, I need it done by the sysadmin at
SolarHost (the site that the list is run from).  I will keep doggedly
following up until it gets done.

Until then, I strongly suggest that since some list members are infected
with KLEZ virus, delete all messages with attachments.  Do not open any
attachments for any reason.
