The www.certainteed.com web page does not list an email address but has 
a form to fill out to obtain help from the sales department.  I called 
their 800 number and asked for the president's email address.  I was 
told martin.ellis@saint-gobain.com.  I sent an email to him stating that 
I saw no confusion over ther terminology and kindly asking him to 
reconsider the legal action.
