Note in passing:  Here, when I order my roof from Joe's (Local 
store used to dealing with cheap farmers) I can order it precut 
to any length I want.  

You can also, for about 40% more get it any of a wide range of 
colours.

If you put on a wide variety of colours, your building will be 
harder to spot in aerial photos, and hence the tax assessor may 
be later in visiting your place.
