SB: wax not drying

So there we were, all excited about how the floor looked with a
beeswax/"boiled" linseed oil/turpentine finish, but here it is a day and a
half later and it's still kind of sticky and soft.
What I need is a simple, easy, painless way to fix it.
Failing that, how about a difficult, labor intensive, miserable way to fix
it?
