SB: frozen rendering test...

seems i am doing an inadvertant test on how well earthen render holds up to
being frozen while still very workable. wasnt really supposed to get down
to 24 degrees last night, but it did. my wet walls were as hard as if they
were dry. we'll see what gives when they thaw. i know that if i allow my
studio to get too cold in the dead of winter, and my clay freezes, it
splits like exposed slate does. comes apart in odd shaped sheets. lets
hope my wall doesnt do the same.
