Kellie....... buy her a copy of the "Beauty of Strawbale" or "Living Homes"  
and be sure to note "higher end", well designed and landscaped  houses for 
her.  The only thing the loan company is interested in is that they get 
their money back with interest.  Hence anything which seems "way out there" 
from their standpoint means that they think if YOU don't pay off your loan 
and they have to repossess and sell that house that it won't sell.  gotta 
show them examples of homes that sell readily for good $.  That should 
change their minds.
