SB: Ok to sell books?

A quick question for the list...
We've finished our straw bale house (a posting on our
quest for homeowners insurance is forthcoming) and
find ourselves extremely strapped for cash (doesn't
help
when we lost both our incomes in the same week :(
I'd like to sell the numerous books, videos, etc that 
I've bought over the years, but am not sure if this
forum is appropriate.  Is it considered ok to post
items
for sale here? (if not, I apologize for this message).
