I have been trying to get in touch with the ISP for several weeks now.  NO
success.  All Email seems to go into a black hole.  When I get back to SAn
Diego next Tuesday, I will try phoning them, unless I can somehow find the
phone number from here, but until I get someone there to listen, there is
nothing I can do myself.
