Welcome!  One of your questions dealt with costs.  You may view a cost 
breakdown on my sb house website.  It lists each area of building with 
materials and the money for each.  Please note that we did most of the work 
ourselves, unless otherwise listed.  Your costs may or may not be similar, 
but it will give you a good, realistic starting point.
